Replacement Policy:
We offer free replacements within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Product not working as described
To request a replacement, simply contact us at support.trendvibe.uae@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process it immediately.
Response Time:
Once you raise a complaint, our team will respond within 24 hours and keep you updated throughout the entire process. You will never be left waiting without an update.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer direct refunds. However, in case of a genuine issue with your order, we will provide a free replacement as mentioned above.
Non-Faulty Returns:
If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, unfortunately we are unable to process a free replacement in this case.
